This area includes areas for storage, cargo handling, container terminals, and other necessary infrastructure that enables the efficient functioning of the port and the handling of various types of cargo.

There is also a large storage area in the cargo port, which consists of an open warehouse with an area of ​​150,000 m2, a closed warehouse with an area of ​​30,600 m2, a conditioned warehouse for +0 degrees Celsius with an area of ​​3,400 m2, a tank for liquid cargo with a volume of 75,000 m3 and a tank for VCM with a volume of 9,000 m3 .
