Quality policy

The port has established and documented a quality management system that it maintains and improves in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008.

Quality in the Luka Zadar d.d. means to satisfy the client in every job entrusted to us. Policy of Luka Zadar d.d. is the achievement of client satisfaction by careful management of work processes, paying full attention to agreed terms and deadlines and cost control with special emphasis on safety and environmental protection.

Our goal is to increase traffic every year until we reach the maximum capacity of the port and supporting infrastructure, keeping it to a minimum, that is, completely eliminating customer complaints and increasing their satisfaction.

Luka Zadar d.d. will determine customer satisfaction and use such knowledge to permanently improve its services.
